The Role

As our Administrative/Operations Lead, you will be the backbone of our firm, ensuring seamless daily operations and providing essential support to our accounting and tax professionals. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to implement and optimize systems that enhance our firm's efficiency and client experience. You'll be instrumental in shaping our operational infrastructure as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

  • Create and manage sales pipelines using our tech stack

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels including social media

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth client onboarding

  • Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Qualifications

  • Manage and optimize firm-wide administrative processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.

  • Oversee client onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth and organized experience.

  • Maintain and manage firm-wide documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and client records.

  • Administer and support the firm's tech stack, including client management systems, communication platforms (e.g., Slack), and project management tools (e.g., Notion).

  • Coordinate internal team meetings, manage calendars, and facilitate effective communication.

  • Assist with various operational tasks, such as vendor management, expense reporting, and general office administration (even in a remote setting).

  • Act as a central point of contact for internal team members regarding operational inquiries and support needs.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures.

  • Work closely with the firm’s various functions by assisting with client communication, scheduling, and data organization as needed.
